* We only accept and ship orders from within the United States!!!! Occasionally we will consider shipping orders to Canada. If you are located in Canada please email us to see if we can ship the items you are interested in to you. If you are outside of the US or Canada we can not accept your order at this time. 1. The special offer discount did not apply to my order, why? In order to receive the special offer discounts you need to add the total amount of the item to the cart at one time. For example if you are purchasing 11 engraved nameplates you would receive 10% off if you enter a quantity of 11 on the product page and then added them to your cart. If you want different engraving on each of the 11 plates they would need to be added t o the cart one at a time and the special offer would not apply. In order to receive the discount you will need to enter your engraving information for your first plate. Enter a quantity of 11 and add to the cart. Once you have completed your order email us your engraving information for the additional 10 plates. This also works for sizes, colors, etc. Just please make sure to email the information right after completing your order.
2. Do you offer engraving designs that are not horse related? Yes! We specialize in horse show awards and gifts but we do have thousands of other images that can be used on any of the items we offer on the site. Just send us an email with the type of design you are looking for and we can email you some sample designs. You can also look at our engraving image library by clicking here. All of our images are not displayed in the library but it gives you an idea of what type of engraving designs we have available.
3. I want my logo engraved on an item, can you do that? Yes! Just email us your logo you would like engraved and we will get back to you with a price to convert it to an engraving image.
4. I have my logo in a bunch of different formats, would one of them work for engraving? We need a vector image file. Most vector images files will work. We mostly use .ai (Adobe Illustrator) but if you have a different type of vector image we are happy to try the image. Some .BMP files will work as well. So if you already have a vector image or would rather your graphic artist create the file you can email us the file. We will run a test to make sure the file will work. Having your own file would save you from spending a small fee to convert your logo to an engraving image.
5. What is I have a drawing or image I would like engraved? Please refer to 3 and 4 above. This would be the same as having your logo engraved. We can not however engraved an images that is copyrighted unless you have a letter of consent from the original artist who holds the copy right.
6. What if I need more characters engraved on a line then you offer? We set the characters to work with the size of the plate but we are happy at add more characters for you. Just remember the more characters we engrave on a line the smaller the font will be. We are happy to send you a pdf mock up of the layout so you can get an idea of how it will look engraved on the item.
7. The layouts you offer for your engraved plaques seem limited, are there more to choose from? We listed just a few standard layouts on the site for quick easy checkout. There are so many different ways a plaque or any item can be laid out we can not list them all. If you have a layout in mind that isn't listed on the site just email us your layout idea. We will create a sample layout that you can in PDF format and email it to you for approval.
8. I would like a different color plate on my plaque, do you offer other plate options? Yes, here are many different options for engraveable plaque plates. Just email us what you are looking for and we will do our best to find you just what you are looking for.
9. I have a specific item I would like engraved but it isn't listed on your site, can you special order it? We have a large amount of suppliers that offer all kinds of engraving awards and gift items. Just email us what you are looking for and we will do our best to locate the item for you and then we will email you a price quote.
10. The font I would like is not listed on your site. Do you offer other fonts? Yes, we have a large amount of different engraving fonts available to us. The most popular are listed on the site. Just email us the name of the font style you would like and we will make sure that we have it. If you have a sample of the font you would like include that in your email. That way if we do not have the exact engraving font you are looking for we maybe able to closely match it.
11. I received my item and the engraving in incorrect. We you exchange or accept the item on return? Yes if the mistake is on our end we are happy to either accept the return or exchange the item with the correct engraving.
12. I have changed my mind and no longer want the items I ordered. Can I return them? No unfortunately with custom engraving we can not accept the item back on return. Unless of course we made a mistake on the engraving or the item is defective.
