Return Policy
Our engraved items that have been personalized are non-returnable. Unless the item is defective or was not engraved per your order instructions. Please make sure to double check your spelling before placing your order. You can also double check your spelling / order options after your order has been placed by viewing the invoice that you will receive via email, if you find any errors please email us right away! If you are returning a defective or improperly engraved item you first need to send an email to Exacta Designs Engraving. Include in the email a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned. Once we have received your email and approved your return we will respond with a return code. The code must be written on a copy of your invoice. Please include the invoice copy with return code in the box with the item being returned. You will receive your exchange, credit or refund once the item has been returned to Exacta Designs Engraving. Items need to be returned within 30 days of purchase.
